Bridge End Hotel - Llangollen

It has marvellous location adjacent to the restaurant as well as the bridge. Besides, Dinas Bran Crow Castle is 5 minutes' drive away.

The staff were both pleasant and exceptionally nice. Enjoyed the king room with the the most beautiful view gosh jt was gorgeous breakfast, and great location in a beautiful area of Llangollen. It was decent sized and included central heating, a coffee/tea maker and TV.

Consider requesting a room away from the stairs to avoid noise from foot traffic and enjoy a quieter stay.

The views of the river were stunning, and the staff were friendly. The food was a letdown. The meals lacked flavor and took an eternity to arrive. It was a pleasant visit, but improvements are needed in the kitchen.

The river view from our room was fine, but the shower did not look clean.

The Superior Double Room was really comfy and well-presented. Loved the modern touches and that it had all the essentials like tea and coffee. The bed was super cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The view of the river was a nice bonus too. Just a few minor things, like the TV could've been a bit bigger. It was a solid stay.

The decor here has a lovely charming vibe, and the pub area was cute. The outdoor seating by the river allowed for good views while soaking up the sun, perfect for enjoying a nice cup of tea.

Steep stairs could be challenging for seniors.

The evening meal was good, with a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. The staff were attentive, ensuring timely service without being intrusive.

There were some minor issues with heating in the room that could use improvement.

Amazing views and friendly staff

The staff were super friendly and really helped us out when we got locked outta our room. The views of Llangollen were fine from our window and the breakfast? Huge and delicious! Just wish there were meals available more nights. Definitely coming back!

This hotel was dog friendly n had a super sweet view of the river n bridge from our room! Staff were really nice too. The room was clean n comfy, had everything we needed like a tv n kettle. Breakfast was awesome, really big portions to start the day! The manager even treated us to a dinner when we had a lock issue, so nice of them.

Had a bit of trouble with the lock on our door, but they fixed it quick. Not enough parking nearby can be tricky.

It was so nice to enjoy the lovely views of the river, though the stairs to our room were a bit much after a long day. it was a fantastic stay—definitely pack light and enjoy the atmosphere! 😊

I experienced a great moment during dinner when I found the staff friendly and the meal served quickly. The atmosphere combined with the food made for a pleasant evening. In true British spirit, I appreciated how the restaurant was lively and inviting.

There were several moments where I felt the lighting could be improved as it was a bit too bright in places.

We enjoyed watching live sports and indulging in hearty meals. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and there's a small car park which is handy. If you're looking for good food and good vibes, this place delivers.

The only downside was the steep stairs.

Their massive portion of beef chili had me reminiscing about home-cooked meals. Plus, the charming pub area is perfect for unwinding with a brew after a day of exploring. A big shoutout to the lovely service.
